Office Spaces:
Dust desks, chairs, and filing cabinets.
Wipe down computer monitors, keyboards, and telephones with disinfectant.
Clean windowsills and blinds if applicable.
Vacuum or mop floors.
Restrooms:
Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and countertops.
Refill soap dispensers, hand sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers.
Wipe down stall partitions and door handles with disinfectant.
Empty and replace trash bins.
Sweep and mop floors.
Monthly Tasks:
Deep Cleaning:
Dust and wipe down ceiling fixtures and vents.
Clean light fixtures and replace any burnt-out bulbs.
Clean windows and glass doors.
Spot clean walls and touch up paint if needed.
Clean upholstery and fabric surfaces.
Equipment Maintenance:
Inspect and clean vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment.
Check for any repairs needed and schedule maintenance as required.
Quarterly Tasks:
